If you try to connect to an external ip without using {{config}} argument, you get:

This works:
{noformat}> h2o.connect(config=list(ip="some_url")){noformat}
This seems like a bug.
Additionally, {{connect}} starts an h2o cluster if {{config}} isn’t used, which doesn’t seem like the correct behavior.
