Improvements to Performance and Prediction chapter

The Performance and Prediction chapter can use some improvements.

• In the Partial Dependence section, add images of rendered plots to the examples. Also add an example showing how to run PDPs for multiclass problems. An ipynb is available here: https://github.com/h2oai/h2o-3/blob/master/h2o-py/demos/pdp_multiclass.ipynb
• The Prediction section starts with a single example, and all sub-sections that follow rely on that example. The problem is that the initial example does not include a seed, so the results are not reproducible. Add a seed to that first example, then update the output for that example and the examples that follow.
