Add a "Training Models" section to the User Guide

I keep seeing questions (this has always been one of the #1 questions that new H2O users have) about how to do classification vs regression (they need to convert the response column to a factor).

Let's add a “Training Models” section – we have one for Cross-validation, Grid Search, Prediction, but not simple training. It should probably go immediately after (or before) the Algorithms section.
