Add examples for saving and loading grids and for parallelism to User Guide

PUBDEV-6749 allows users to specify save_grid/saveGrid and load_grid/loadGrid to continue a grid search after a cluster restart. Add a subsection, "Saving and Loading a Grid Search" in the http://docs.h2o.ai/h2o/latest-stable/h2o-docs/grid-search.html#grid-search-in-r-and-python section.

PUBDEV-6774 adds new "parallelism" parameter that also needs to be added to the http://docs.h2o.ai/h2o/latest-stable/h2o-docs/grid-search.html#grid-search-in-r-and-python section.

Neema Mashayekhi commented: I tested save_grid and load_grid works with no issue on local H2O cluster. See attached for notebook example if useful for documentation.
