Tree Class documentation is difficult to interpet. Add examples from Pavel's blog to docs #8552

[Tree Class documentation|http://docs.h2o.ai/h2o/latest-stable/h2o-py/docs/tree.html] is vague. Customer was confused by the meanings of the arguments (tree_class) and attributes (.predictions, .descriptions, .levels). The documentation could be improved by including a link to or using examples from the [blog|https://www.pavel.cool/machine%20learning/h2o-3/h2o-3-tree-api/].

Pavel Pscheidl commented: If we’re to link to a blogpost, it should be on H2O domain, not on my personal domain. Just to keep things tidy.
