Python Docs: Add examples to PrincipalComponentAnalysis

Add examples for each PCA parameter to the following file, following the format that is already in use.
h2o-3/h2o-bindings/bin/custom/python/pca.py

Many options will be the same as GBM. For others, tests are available here:
https://github.com/h2oai/h2o-3/tree/master/h2o-py/tests/testdir_algos/pca
