Add multinomial support to makeGLMModel, so users can pass in coefficients from multiple classes

and we should update the user guide to include how to use this function for a multinomial problem [here|http://docs.h2o.ai/h2o/latest-stable/h2o-docs/data-science/glm.html#modifying-or-creating-a-custom-glm-model]

Wendy commented: I have added to the code to support all GLM families, not just multinomial.
