Be able to compile Sparkling Water with Scala 2.12

Sparkling Water artifacts for Spark 2.4 should be compiled also with Scala 2.12.

Scala 2.11 got deprecated in Spark 2.4.1 and will be removed in Spark 3.0.

Jakub Hava commented: This Jira should ensure that the code can be build with Scala 2.12 and document it for users who want to build it themselves. We will still only publish artifacts for default Scala in Spark
