External cluster: Job is reporting exit status as FAILED even all mappers return 0

Even simple script launching external cluster, reports FAILED status for external cluster.

Yarn logs contains the following exception

org.apache.hadoop.ipc.RemoteException(org.apache.hadoop.hdfs.server.namenode.LeaseExpiredException): No lease on /user/michal/sparkling-water-michal_1180755321/_temporary/1/temporary/attempt_1487032509333_2179_m_000000_0/part-m-00000 (inode 5809598): File does not exist. Holder DFSClient_attempt_1487032509333_2179_m_000000_0-2071183805_1 does not have any open files.
