Previously, when trying to load sparkling-water via maven in DBC it failed because it couldn't find the artefacts.

Jakub Hava commented: Just manually tested it - published artefact using jitpack.io, jitpack can act as maven repo and loaded package from there, worked

Jakub Hava commented: This is not just Sparkling Water, yhis also happens for some H2O artefacts.

For example for h2o-core, but works for h2o-genmodel and h2o-jaas-pam

Jakub Hava commented: This still needs corresponding H2O change to be in and release needs to be based on that version
