Fix renote/reblog position and add the timestamp

Describe

The renote/reblog position in Whalebird is not friendly to the eyes for user experience, and i cant distinguish between the original poster and reblogger. In Mastodon, Misskey and Pleroma, the reblog/renote quotation is often placed at the top of the original post.

Why

Because its useful and not easily to get lost when reading the timeline. Adding the reblog/renote timestamp like in Misskey also helps the user to know the gap difference between original poster timestamp and reblogged timestamp. It also avoid being fooled if older posts get boosted/reblogged and then suddenly appear in the home timeline.
