- Removes unneeded IE11 specific docs - update docs about search plugins, and update URL (the google search results were not helpful so instead link to MDN) - Remove dated Chrome Mobile web apps link - the `<meta name="mobile-web-app-capable" content="yes">` meta tag is no longer recommended.
