IRCA is simple command line interface build on top of remote-admin(remote-monitoring) software. It can be used to
* Connect to remote server by name (search for regexp in list of nodes and connect to result)
* Copy public key to server
* Create Port-forward to forward port from remote server to localhost
* Run commnad on list of servers and gather output back
