Overview

We need to prepare the Project Boards for the forced migration that GitHub is doing in August, so that it is already working well for the team by then. This issue tracks the migration of all VRMS project boards OTHER THAN the "VRMS - Active Project Board"

- This project board contained both cards and issues.
- All text from the cards on this board were copied over into the Google Sheet linked above.
- All issues were labeled with a new stakeholder label that aligned with the stakeholder column the issue was assigned to (e.g., for issues within the "HfLA Leadership" column, they were labeled "s: HfLA Leadership")
