The scheme I used to distinguish bus from rail in the "stop event" files is wrong. I'm using service_key, which doesn't give the right answer. The correct way is to have a route number table.

Depends on TriMet GIS data - code to insert that is done.

This is fixed in the latest database - it turns out there are some inconsistencies in the "service_key" field for rail data so I'm ignoring it for rail data. I still need to check for the same thing in bus data.
