This is the same as FileEncrypt, expect it will decrypt a file and the parameters are a bit different.

            AES.Mode = CipherMode.CFB;

            CryptoStream cs = new CryptoStream(fsCrypt, AES.CreateDecryptor(), CryptoStreamMode.Read);
