Add 2018-2020 data + Update depreciated code #37

This PR:

Adds data for 2018, 2019 and 2020 to lifetables, births, babynames and names
Updated data-raw scripts to both incorporate new data and remove depreciated code
Updated snapshot tests to reflect new data
Bumped version from 1.0.1 to 1.1.1
Updated documentation (R/data.R, NEWS.md, README.md) to reflect newly added data

When testing on a local build all revdep and testthat checks and tests passed.
