General Info links to CRAN pages for core packages broken

For the default packages that are part of R (e.g. base, tools, utils, stats), the links under the General Info section to CRAN (e.g. http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/base/index.html; http://cran.r-project.org/web/checks/check_results_base.html) return a (custom) 404 error from cran.r-project.org, presumably because because there are no pages for them. I'm not exactly sure what the proper filter for these is, but having broken links to CRAN isn't a good thing (and the 404 error says to tell the author of the referring page, so this probably wouldn't be the last you hear of it).
