Modest script to export data from the OSIM2 format to that expected by the patient data server.
Download the Oracle Thin JDBC driver and install it in your local repo:
$ mvn install:install-file -DgroupId=com.oracle -DartifactId=ojdbc6 -Dversion=11.2.0.3 -Dpackaging=jar -Dfile=ojdbc6.jar -DgeneratePom=true
Run the script using Leiningen
$ lein run
