Add support for .7z archives

A patch for the older haikuporter is attached to this old trac ticket, which may or may not be helpful in adding support to the current haikuporter

This still seems to be a problem, trying to timidi_freepats with a SOURCE_URI: https://freepats.zenvoid.org/SoundSets/FreePats-GeneralMIDI/FreePatsGM-SF2-20221026.7z fails to extract the archive with haikuporter, Expander is fine extracting the archive.
