Moved mame-0.264.patchset from games-emulation/mame/ to games-emulation/mame/patches/.

I think this will require a "rev-bump" on the .recipe (REVISION="2"), to make the buildmasters attempt the build again (changing the patchset location won't be enough to trigger the build, AFAIK).
