Manual issue a certificate / validate CSR

Hello!

Cool project, like it.
But didn't found any facilities for manual certificate issuing / validating CSR request.

Can you add this small feature to become a complete PKI system project?

LabCA is primarily meant for automated certificate management, but just google how to manually issue / sign certificates with Let's Encrypt. Just point your acme client to the LabCA url instead of the production or staging url of Let's Encrypt. Beware that the server always does a DNS based validation to prove that you control the domain name.
