This repository contains all of the code that was used throughout the Simpson S et al. (2021) A metagenomic-based study of two sites from the Barbadian reef system.
The directory experiments contains a series of subdirectories. The order of the individual experiments exp00, exp01, ... follows the order they are introduced in the Results and Methods sections.
The raw sequencing data is located at the SRI. Other data types (eg microscopy) are availalbe through Zenodo.
