目前进入插件管理或者主题管理时，会查询所有插件/主题类型的应用然后再进行版本比较。期望根据已安装的主题或者插件的 app id 来查询所需的应用。

此改动需要应用市场服务端先支持通过传入一组 app id 来查询应用。
