友链插件能否提供自助提交友链的API,主题根据API提供适配的提交表单？
调用API后在console展示出申请添加的友链，由管理员用户决定是否添加进友链及添加进哪个分组。
解决用户每次都需要手动从申请友链的评论中添加友链的不便。

个人觉得这个功能还是比较有用。但是个人觉得这个功能使用频率可能不是特别频繁，前期能否通过粘贴固定格式的评论内容来自动填充友链表单，例如：
