Script for manuscript "Association between the nucleosome footprint of cell-free DNA and neoadjuvant chemotherapy response for breast cancer"

"generate_data.sh" were designed for generate nucleosome footprint profile from a bam file, and also included data generation scripts for Fig.2a-d and Fig.3b

"permutation_test.R" were custom codes designed for Fig.2e-h and Fig.3c

"lasso.R" were designed for Fig.4b-c
