This PR removes the
WalletClient.createNestedmethod along withwallet.createNested. It also removes mention of the method from the wallet CLI docs and the wallet CLI itself.The
hsdwallet does not have a routePOST /wallet/${id}/nestedand there are no "legacy" addresses yet, so this functionality can be safely removed.
