Simultaneously manual resizing of the columns

I want to select two or more columns or rows and then manually resize them.

@swistach I've tested it and in most cases it works fine but in the example you've sent me I was able to break the table by manipulating with the height of multiple rows at a time. http://output.jsbin.com/tureqi
