Description

We need to check conformance with the requirements of ready xls and xlsx files.

Test cases:

Based on every file. Data can be extracted from sheets in this way:

level of compliance with Excel and other spreadsheets and with the oddf standard.

Work on HyperFormula has been postponed, for now, so I am closing #29 for later reopening.
