This repository contains scripts and data associated with analyzing population genetic patterns of Virginia and Rhode Island populations of Astrangia poculata.
The full citation for the manuscript will be included here upon publication. The RNA sequences associated with this project have been uploaded to NCBI BioProject under accession #PRJNA614998.
The steps of the analysis follow the numbers of the folders included here. Each folder has a Pipeline.txt file in it with the detailed analyses conducted for that particular step. Each folder also contains a scripts folder, with all of the scripts referenced in the Pipeline.txt document. Additional files in each folder include metadata or other files used as described in the Pipeline.txt document.
