iOS:

  • add fetchAndActivate and setMinimumFetchIntervalInSeconds methods for parity;
  • Update Firebase SDK to 8.10.0;

Android:

  • add fetchAndActivate and setMinimumFetchIntervalInSeconds methods for parity;
  • Update com.google.firebase:firebase-config to 21.0.1

Readme and example updated too.

Tested with Titanium SDK 10.1.1.GA on Android 10 and iOS Simulator 14.5
