XY Assembly (Stepper Motors and Belt Idlers)

##Parts
- 2 x 17HS8401 stepper motors, or eqivalent (1.7-1,8A, low phase resistance (< 2 ohm'ish), low phase inductance (the lower, the better. 3.2mH, 1.8 degree step angle)).
- 8(12) x M3 8mm screws.
- 2 x M8 20mm bolts.
- 2 T-nuts
- 2 x GT2 pulleys with 5mm bore (Preferably with two set screws).

##Steps
- Mount one GT2 pulley to each stepper motor shaft. If they don't come with set screws, use two M3 8mm screws as set screws for each pulley.
- Insert a M8 16mm bolt through the mounting hole in the "Left Stepper Mount". Mount this on the inner track of the front left aluminium profile, using a T-nut (the track facing the rear of the printer).
- Insert the stepper motor and align the stepper mount so that the pulley is at the same height as the bottom ball bearing on the Y pulley. Remove the motor and tighten the M8 bolt.
- Insert the stepper motor again and mount this, using 4 M3 8mm screws.
- Repeat for the right side, but align the pulley with the upper ball bearing.

- 4 x 22 mm OD 8 mm ID 7mm H ball bearings.

##Steps
- Mount left idler according to picture below. Repeat for right Idler (mirrored). Use one 0,5mm thin Washer 2 on both sides of each ball bearing.
- mount idlers on the inner track on the left and right vertical aluminium profile (track facing forward).
- Align ball bearings to the same height as the ball bearings on the Y carriage block.
