Reads a bank statement from Wilson Bank and Trust and breaks it down into categories defined by the user and shows how much was used in comparison to 
what was budgeted and how much was used in comparison to how much was gained.
There is extra code that is unimplemented as it goes to functions that went beyond the scope of what the original planned 
purpose was.
