When exporting a group including patients referenced in observations, observations are missed from output if Search Parameters Indexing is enabled

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Enable Search parameter indexing
Upload group including Patient and Observation referencing Patient
export group including Patient and Observation resources
Notice output doesn't include Observation

Expected behavior
Output should include Observation

Environment (please complete the following information):

HAPI FHIR Version v6.1.3

This issue is caused by and will be fixed together with: #4248
