org.hl7.fhir.r4.model.codesystems package missing in R4B

Hello!

We are currently in the process of migrating from R4 to R4B.

We were using the enum constants available from codesystems package org.hl7.fhir.r4.model.codesystems in our codebase.

We have searched the docs available below for changes in R4B.

• Overview: R4b-explanation - FHIR v4.3.0 (hl7.org)

• Detailed: Diff - FHIR v4.3.0 (hl7.org)

But seems like this have been removed from R4B, and no reference is available in the docs above.

Could you please provide information on any alternatives where they have been migrated? If there haven't been any migrations, do you have any recommended methods for creating CodeableConcepts?
