Bump underscore, happn-cluster, happner-2 and happner-client

Removes [underscore](https://github.com/jashkenas/underscore). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [underscore](https://github.com/jashkenas/underscore), [happn-cluster](https://github.com/happner/happn-cluster), [happner-2](https://github.com/happner/happner-2) and [happner-client](https://github.com/happner/happner-client). These dependencies need to be updated together.
