Add reminders tab and enable users to set a reminder when adding a new record.

also accidents, adding police report, contacts of the person who had an accident with you, photos of the accident, cost of repair, insurance out of pocket etc ...
also in the expenses, perhaps adding insurance, and reminder for the monthly payment, or something along those lines would be nice.

I have merged in a commit that does reminders, it will need to be tested.
