code-stamp README

"code-stamp" is the simple and most useful vscode extension.

Features

code-stamp is used to add the time and author stamp to your code file. also, you can update the timestamp whenever you modify the file.

code-stamp supports all type of file extenstion.

Usage Instructions

  1. Open the command palette (Ctrl+Shift+P on Windows and Linux, Cmd+Shift+P on OS X) and search for code stamp.

  2. there are two options available

    • Add / Update code stamp
    • Change Author Name
  3. you can use Add / Update to add and update time stamp.

  4. To change the author name select Change Author Name.
