Steps to reproduce:

  1. nvm install 12.13.1
  2. git clone --recursive https://github.com/harmony-one/harmony-one-ganache-support
  3. cd harmony-one-ganache-support/ganache-harmony
  4. npm install

It looks to me that you are using a deprecated library: https://github.com/ethereumjs/ethereumjs-abi
