What should be improved?

the bot should be able to create a poll and should use user reactions on the poll to note the result of the poll.

create an event where mods can ask questions or the questions can be asked from DB having a predefined answer
note the reaction of users in DB.
when the event ends put the scoreboard of all the the users who reacted.

If there is any question you can ask in the discord bot channel.
