Not able to get output for Hotel-app #3

Hi,

I have cloned and installed everything as per Readme file for this app.
yarn start also successful. Able to see create login page for the application, but while trying to create a new user, on submission , blank page is coming on browser . Need some help to debug the application. Did I missed anything while installing & running the application?
