Hidden fields aren't hidden fully

Problem description

There are delimiters between hidden field that make many empty strips at the end of the document

Step to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Import policy with many hidden fields in some document. For example CDM AMS-III.D - 1701095049.718588003
2. Add PP user, start to create new project
3. Scroll the document to the end

Expected behavior

Each option should be possible to remove

Actual behavior

There are delimiters between hidden field that make many empty strips at the end of the document. Check the screenshot
