Problem description

Policies with a side navigation bar work incorrectly when the cache is turned on.

Step to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Import CDM AMS-III.AR Policy.policy
2. Put it into Dry run mode
3. Create virtual user, select it, choose Project Proponent role for it.
4. Approve this user by Administrator
5. Select this user again

Expected behaviour

Button "New Project" should be presented on the page

Actual behaviour

Button isn't presented. But it is there in the incognito mode or in the different browser.
