Replaces letter-based user-avatar fallbacks with an icon.
Now that we're (close to) using abbreviated ProductAvatars, letter-based icons are a common visual — so much so that user and product and user avatars can be confused. By removing abbreviated user avatars, it's now clear that if you see a letter-based visual, it's a product. Generally this feels less noisy on dense screens like the dashboard.
