This addresses the security scanner noise related to CVE-2023-39323.
I cannot think of a way this could impact the project given that we control both the build flags and the build environment. We also restrict PR test runs (which also happen to run
go build) of first time contributors which further limits the attack surface + AFAICT we don't inject anything sensitive to the build environment at PR test time anyway.
