Replaces #5637.
Now that Amazon DynamoDB encrypts all customer data at rest, we need to update the aws_dynamodb_table.server_side_encryption documentation to reflect that what the AWS console describes as DEFAULT or AWS owned CMK encryption is equivalent to disabled/not-specified in the API or Terraform.
