I noticed that this was still using an Embedded Resource Manager SDK, and shouldn't be - since this is available within
go-azure-sdk- as such this PR switches thediskspackage over to using the SDK fromgo-azure-sdkrather than vendoring it (and apparently extending the SDK..)
