provider/azure: Resource azurerm_network_interface doesn't support import

terraform 0.8.1

I tried to import NIC as it presents in docs

terraform import azurerm_network_interface.test /subscriptions/00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000/resourceGroups/mygroup1/providers/microsoft.network/networkInterfaces/nic1

But got the following error:

import azurerm_network_interface.prd_nf_az_ws_01 (id: /subscriptions/XXXXXXXXXXXXX/resourceGroups/XXXXXXX/providers/microsoft.network/networkInterfaces/prd-nf-az-ws-01): resource azurerm_network_interface doesn't support import

Please check either fix issue with import or update documentation. Also in changelog the last thing about imports is #10195 which does not have NIC import
