[documentation] consul keys data example doesn't show provider in example #15718

In the example here:
https://www.terraform.io/docs/providers/consul/d/keys.html

The provider is not shown in the example - and this is confusing in how it relates (or more specifically doesn't relate) to the consul backend. (In terraform 6 - the terraform backend did both - and so the upgrade is confusing).

Could you please expand the example to show the consul provider?

This issue has been automatically migrated to hashicorp/terraform-provider-consul#20 because it looks like an issue with that provider. If you believe this is not an issue with the provider, please reply to this issue and let us know.
