[documentation] Please expand the example code to show reading values from consul #15719

In the example here:
https://github.com/terraform-providers/terraform-provider-consul/blob/master/examples/kv/main.tf

There isn't an example of reading values from consul, only writing to it.

As this uses the terraform 6 syntax mostly - it's confusing for people trying to figure out how to use the consul key reading features of data.

Could you please expand this example to show reading values from consul as well?
